If you are not satisfied with your order within the first 14 days of receiving your products and it is unused, we will gladly accept it for a refund or exchange. Please note:
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Shipping fees are charged on exchanged product.
- A restocking fee of 10% is charged on refunded items
- Clearance items are a final sale and not eligible for returns.
To make a return request visit your account page and please include photos/videos of the product in case of faulty or damaged products.
If your Refund or Exchange approved, please pack the product in like-new condition and return at your own cost using a shipping service that provides tracking. Address will be provided upon return request approval.
If you received your item as a gift, please include the order number, the name, email and telephone number of the person who ordered the gift.
